Terms of Service

Effective June 3, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using resmp.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What RESMP Is

RESMP is a marketplace that helps home buyers and sellers discover and connect with real estate professionals. We are a facilitator — we are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or representation between users, and we do not provide real estate, legal, lending, or insurance services ourselves.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misrepresent your identity, license status, or qualifications.
  • Do not harass other users, send spam, or scrape the platform.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Verify Independently

Profiles and information are provided by users and third parties. While we take steps to verify professionals, you are responsible for independently confirming any professional's license, credentials, and suitability before engaging them. RESMP does not endorse any particular user.

6. Fees

RESMP is free for clients. Fees that may apply to professionals are for flat-rate subscriptions, clearly disclosed advertising or featured placement, and software tools — described at sign-up or in separate agreements. We do not charge success fees, fees contingent on a closing, or a percentage of any commission.

7. RESPA Compliance & Neutral Rankings

RESMP operates consistently with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the CFPB's guidance to digital comparison and lead-generation platforms. Specifically:

  • We do not give or accept referral fees, kickbacks, or anything of value in exchange for the referral of settlement-service business.
  • All fees professionals pay are for bona fide advertising, subscriptions, or services actually performed — never for referrals, transactions, commissions, or closings.
  • We rank, match, and recommend professionals using neutral criteria (such as reviews, experience, specializations, coverage, and responsiveness), never based on how much a provider pays.
  • Paid placements are clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Featured,” offered at published rates, kept separate from organic results, and do not imply our endorsement.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any interaction or transaction between users.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
